On 10 November 2025, Air Chief Marshal Sakesan Kantha received a courtesy call from Brigadier General (Ret.) Yair Kulas, Director of SIBAT (the International Defense Cooperation Directorate) and Representative of the Israeli Minister of Defence, along with his delegation. The meeting was held to discuss official matters, at Jupiter 10 Room, IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center Muang Thong Thani.
