เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการ ASEAN Air Force Junior Officers Interaction Programme 2025 ครั้งที่ 12 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “ภารกิจการช่วยเหลือทางมนุษยธรรมและการบรรเทาสาธารณภัย (Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief: HADR)” เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดี
และส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างกองทัพอากาศไทย และกองทัพอากาศประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียน
จำนวน ๙ ประเทศ ได้แก่ บรูไน อินโดนีเซีย ลาว มาเลเซีย เมียนมา ฟิลิปปินส์ สิงคโปร์ ไทย และเวียดนาม ทำให้เกิดความไว้เนื้อเชื่อใจ ความมั่นคง และมีเสถียรภาพในภูมิภาคอาเซียน

On Tuesday, 16 December 2025, at 0800 hrs, Air Vice Marshal Thanan Thipawes, Director, Office of Policy and Plans, Directorate of Intelligence, Royal Thai Air Force, presided over the opening ceremony of the 12th ASEAN Air Force Junior Officers Interaction Programme 2025, held under the theme “Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR)”.
The programme aims to strengthen friendly relations and promote cooperation between the Royal Thai Air Force and the ASEAN air forces from nine countries: Brunei, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, which will contribute to mutual trust, security, and stability in the ASEAN region. The programme was conducted during 15–19 December 2025 at the Novotel Bangkok Future Park Rangsit Hotel.
