เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ ๒๗ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๘
พลอากาศโท อังคาร อินทรา เจ้ากรมข่าวทหารอากาศ ได้นำคณะผู้ช่วยทูตทหารต่างประเทศ
ซึ่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในประเทศไทย เดินทางเยี่ยมชมการปฏิบัติภารกิจ ของกองบิน ๒ จังหวัดลพบุรี
ซึ่งเป็นกองบินที่ประจำการเฮลิคอปเตอร์ของกองทัพอากาศ การเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้คณะผู้ช่วยทูตทหารได้เรียนรู้ขีดความสามารถของกองทัพอากาศ
โดยมีการบรรยายสรุปภารกิจ ด้านการค้นหาและกู้ภัย การสนับสนุนประชาชนในยามเกิดภัยพิบัติ
ตลอดจนการพัฒนาด้านเทคโนโลยีอากาศยานของกองทัพอากาศ กองทัพอากาศมุ่งหวังว่าการเยี่ยมชมในครั้งนี้ จะช่วยเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจอันดีระหว่างกองทัพอากาศกับกองทัพมิตรประเทศ
ตลอดจนส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านความมั่นคงในภูมิภาค ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์โดยตรงต่อการพัฒนาศักยภาพการป้องกันประเทศของไทย และสร้างความเชื่อมั่นต่อบทบาทของกองทัพอากาศ
ในการดูแลความมั่นคงและการช่วยเหลือประชาชน

On Thursday, 27 November 2025, Air Marshal Angkarn Indra, Director of Intelligence, led a group of Military Attache’ Corps to Thailand (MAC-T) accredited to Thailand on an official visit to Wing 2 in Lopburi Province which serves as the RTAF's helicopter base.
The visit aimed to provide the MAC-T with an overview of the RTAF’s helicopter capabilities, including search and rescue missions, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, as well as ongoing developments in aviation technology. The RTAF believes that this visit plays an important role in fostering mutual understanding and strengthening defense relations between the RTAF and allied air forces. Enhanced cooperation not only contributes to regional stability but also benefits Thailand’s overall national security posture and reinforces public confidence in the RTAF’s role in safeguarding the nation and supporting the Thai people.
